New Zealand trademarks update on Nice Classification

  New Zealand commences use of the Twelfth Edition of the Nice Classification from 1 January 2023. The updated list of goods and services as classified under the Twelfth Edition can be accessed at WIPO here. There are no plans to re-classify trademark applications or registrations lodged prior to 1 January 2023.
