Belinda Wadeson, Founder & Principal
I am a registered patent and Trade Marks attorney in Australia and New Zealand, with deep expertise across patents, trade marks and IP strategy.
My technical expertise spans mechanical engineering, electrical systems, electromechanical systems, software and computer-implemented inventions, and precision manufacturing. I have particular depth in complex mechanical assemblies and trade mark prosecution globally.
I have assisted clients from industries including sport, food, media, fashion, entertainment, water, power generation, bulk material handling, mining, manufacturing and construction, with their rights around the world.

I hold a Master of Intellectual Property Law, Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from Monash University, and I am a Fellow of the Institute of Patent & Trade Marks Attorneys.
